Wayne is a qualified Chemical Engineer with more than 20 years' experience in chemical/environmental engineering. Wayne has been involved in environmental sciences/engineering including water and wastewater treatment engineering, hazardous waste management, contaminated site remediation and environmental occupational health and safety monitoring.

Mark Cox (Manager, Christchurch Branch)

A graduate in Applied Science from England, Mark has spent 15 years in the technical sciences industries with particular emphasis on quality systems and environmental services.

Phil Ellis (Project Manager, Chemwaste Industries Ltd, Auckland)

Phil is a qualified chemist with 25 years experience in chemical manufacturing, technical and operational management in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, inks, resins and agricultural chemical industries. Phil also has a strong background in Health and Safety and environmental compliance.

Paul Jolly (Branch Manager, Wellington)

Paul rejoined the company in November 2004 and is a qualified chemist with 25 years experience in the chemical industry.

Des McCleary (Auckland Plant Manager)

Des joined ChemWaste in February 2005 and became Auckland Plant manager in February 2006. Des has over 20 years experience in transport and logistics and a variety of service industries.
